The guy Cheney shot had a minor heart attack. One of the pellets is touching his heart and irritating it.

either he shot him on purpose or he was drunk and fucked up...either way its a crime...no other way to explain the wait to tell...

I like how this happened thursday, but it wasnt reported untill monday.. if the guy died im sure we wouldnt have heard anything at all. Maybe he will kick the bucket still, that would make 2 ppl in the white house responsible for accidental deaths of others.

I doubt he will be charged with a crime though, as it was an 'accident' and all.

Doubtful anyone would bring it unless it could be shown that (1)Cheney was negligent as a muthfucka in handling his weapon or (2) they decide to hold his balls to the fire for the missing $7 stamp (probably a misdemeanor).
