Hahaha... Maybe they are laughing at you for buying Fifa 06? Damn what a poor game that is... You should of bought Fifa 06 on the old generation of consoles, FAR better.

I cant stand Fifa TBH though, I like Pro Evo a hell of a lot more. The new 360 version is supposed to be out november, but nobody knows what it will contain or how it will look.

I hope its not another "Take the normal game, up the draw distance, add random local maps, done" port

I'm sick to the back teeth of all thes lame ports and rush jobs on 360 ATM, giv me something GOOD, something REALLY amazing. Gears of War

Condemned is great. Its short unfortunatly, but go back and get all the secrets. Plus get the second ending.

That game was supurb. Graphics looked a bit dated, but it was one of the best at launch TBH.

Whats full auto like? Ive seen the demo on live but haven't downloaded it yet. Its supposed to be like a racer with guns yeah? Looks a little dated from the pics

the demo is a build from last august. it has amazing speed (which i value more than refraction effects and other buzzwords). i liked it a lot, and i just checked out the video interview on ign and it looks like the final build plays even better :icon14: its so extremely overkill excessive that its just hilarious, yet challenging

you HAVE to run it at 60hz though since it tends to lose fps on 50hz. or so i heard from people who already have it

Fuck... Well MY TV does and doesn't support 60. On GameCube games, 60hrz works fine, plays fine, looks fine. On 360 games, 60 hrz looks and plays fine with one small problem, it causes the top left of my tv to flicker...

I need a new tv i'm sure, but i haven't got the money to buy a HD one yet

Oh and dont I already know it. I knew from the start it was gonna be shit, but the reason I picked it up was the online play. That will keep me going until Pro Evo comes out. Ive never been a fan of Fifa anyway.
Ive already got the X-Box FIFA 06, not that bad of a game. Cant remember if theres Live play on that. Wont be able to on my box anyway *yarrr*.

Otherwise ive got the PS2, XB and PSP versions of Pro Evo 5 to keep me going

Ive always thought of fifa as being graphical whizbang. Every time you pick up a new copy its like "Look at our amazing players! Lifelike shit! Fancy bloom!" etc etc, but the gameplay is as stale and wooden as the old ones... Pro Evo still looks ok, but it just plays like a dream. So much more fluidity in there.

The next gen Pro Evo, I'm hoping, will look at least better than Fifa 06 RTWC on 360... I dont exactly like the whole Plastic wax coated men look

As with all EA Sports games, the presentation etc is bang on.
Why cant they just throw a full license to Konami and say "Do the fuck you want". Then let the European team make the crucial updates to the teams, stadia and management side. Not some stupid master league bollocks. Also with the license they can play EA at their own game with the TV style presentation.
I know its all about the $$$ but has the people who give out the rights actually played the games?

Talking of perfect footie games I hope they have a full licensed management part of Sensi Soocer 06....

As for Pro Evo, it gets better each time. They always add a bit more "officalness" to it, all the time. Im sure its only a matter of time now before they release it with full likenesses, full comentary etc etc
