I've just found this again..

Just found it whilst cleaning up my room.

If you haven't watched it, go out and get it. I think its only about £20 now. I got it when it was about £40.

The episodes are about an hour long and the annoying thing is, once you've watched a single episode, you want to watch the next and it just turns out to be a big movie.

Goodnight :D

I have seen that while it originaly aired on TV.
Great episodes. Or one big, long movie.

You mean Easy Company. :icon26:

There were many things in the book they couldn't include in the series due to budgetary constraints (e.g. certain large scale battles), but it's still great to see how much they've accomplished. Great show. :icon14:

It is rumored that the series will follow a USO troupe who travel the Pacific trying to keep Allied soldiers entertained and morally up beat about the war
Hmmmm, I don't know about that...

Wrong.

The actual series will mostly follow the Marines of the 1st Marine Division through Guadalcanal, Cape Gloucester, Peleliu, Okinawa and some flyboys through Midway, Iwo Jima and other battles. This is straight from one of the head writers.
