Unfortunately for CoH, not too many people PvP. The game released without any PvP elements, and it was a full year before they got implemented. Even now, with them pushing for more PvP, it's still not terribly popular. Slowly it is gaining interest, though.

I wish I could stand playing mine to 60. I was bored to death by the time I hit 10.

It does suck that you have to devote a lot of time to the game to be good but those people should be better.

The dude was in a PvP battleground. If the alliance had come up with some sort of strategy they could have stopped him easily, but instead they chose to attack one by one and die. Couldn't someone have trapped/polymorphed him and then a few rogues could have jumped him trying to keep him stunned?
If you want to spend 20 hours camping a spot for one uber item, fine, you earned your power. But someone should be able to be just as effective combat-wise as you by using their brain and practicing.

I saw all too often people playing D2 who were complete tools, but because they did countless magic runs, they were able to wipe the floor with anyone who opposed them, regardless of skill.

This is why I like City of Heroes/Villains. There's absolutely no loot whatsoever, meaning your prowess in PvP is based SOLELY on skill. In fact, whenever you enter a PvP area, you are automatically buffed/nerfed to a specific level so that everyone in the zone is fairly matched.

Its not EQ man.. Theres no camping rare spawns for "uber loots".. its all instanced for the most part and all the "uber" items are dropped off bosses..

Warrior's my favorite class in this game. Other classes are decent but I really like playing warrior more than any other classes for whatever reason. IMO the most boring class in the game is probably a paladin.

Im waiting for the expansion to come out so I can finally make my priest. >.>

That isn't an MMO (unless you think Quake 3 is an MMO) not to mention the game wasn't all that great to begin with.

The game had very little content compared to other games out there. It had a very low replay value for me as well.

I played the Dreamcast version for a few hours then picked up the gamecube version a year or two later.

Speaking of Dreamcast, I miss playing Quake 3 on that thing =(

PSO was not a good mmo AT ALL.. and i am not sure you can call it a MMO... it was more of an RPG then anything.. Same idea as Guildwars..

Meh, i am going to give w0w a go when i want to put up the money's to buy the game and etc.. it should really be 1/2 priceif you download it and make an account.... ( I.e. Steam :) )

I would offer someone my free key but you'd need to have access to the CDs.
