How do you get the time to watch all those TV-shows?

Best part about the Media Center PC is the skip buttons

Skip ahead is 30 seconds (usually the length on 1 commercial)
Skip back is 5 seconds (in-case I go too far)

I can skip all the commercials in about 3 seconds

a 1 hour show is only about 35 - 38 minutes a 1/2 hour is about 18 - 20 minutes without commercials. Then there are always shows we have seen already which we just delete.

After work, dinner and a walk my wife and I hit the couch and watch some TV. We eventually get through them all... eventually. Especially when a series goes into season we have watched already.

Yup nicest looking HTPC case IMO, but not the quietest. For a $255.00 HTPC case this thing should not make a sound a all :icon33:

It comes with a noisey ass PSU and fans and no Hard drive dampening. It's been a long painfull road quieting this MOFO down but I am almost done.
  • 1 silenx 8 dba fan
  • 1 silenx 12 dba fan
  • 1 silenx < 14 dba iXtrema Micro on order
  • 1 Zalman 0 dba northbridge heatsync
  • 1 Zalman 0 dba silent GPU cooler
  • 1 Zalman Silent CPU Cooler
  • Fan control software (adjusts fan speed according to case and CPU temp)
  • All panels now covered with sound dampening material
I'm hoping to get this thing completely silen when I am through. Right now you can barely hear it from the couch and only when it's a quiet part of the movie/TV show.

Watch him be so disappointed when he finds they made a typo, and it's only 40GB as opposed to 400GB. :p

7% error is fairly significant in my book.

Its not an error, its just the different ways a gigabyte is interpreted. HD maker say its 1,000 MB, whilst everyone else says its 1,024 MB.
