after many tests (definition: a procedure for critical evaluation; a means of determining the presence, quality, or truth of something.) i have determined the best song ever recorded is..........tragedy by the bee gees. remember, this is not my opinion but a true fact determined by a series of tests...

see...if u hang out with me u learn new shit daily...
a defining attribute of a government is that it has a monopoly on the legitimate exercise of violence...
