Just make sure you have a good cooling solution before you O/c the chip.
What core is your 3200+?

I've been thinking about OCing my Athlon 64 3000+ Newcastle, but can't find any info on averages of successful overclocks. I know the Venice and WInchester cores overclock very well. Any idea? Not trying to derail. Just wanted to ask while OCing was in the mix.

Do you have factory cooling?
For a good result you should always have copper core heat sink, good thermal paste and plenty of air flow.
The new heat pipe stuff is great.
