i read that back in school. i thought most people in the US read that for english classes.

read One Day in The Life Of Ivan Denisovich a few years ago. it's a very interesting book. pretty short too.

read the fountainhead, and was planning to read atlas shrugged after. fountainhead is definitely an interesting book, i don't know that i agree with her philosophy but it's has interesting concepts aside from being terribly written.

My dad used to teach the Ayn Rand philosophy back in the 60's.... He gave me Atlas Shrugged and said it was his favorite book, but I cant commit to opening it because it's so FReaKiN' HuGe!!! I love to read but that's such a commintment....

I think a lot of people do, but I didn't. I can't remember when I read it, but it was back around that time.
