OK, all you worthless fucking shitjerks out there... here's the plan, patent a vague idea but don't actually do any work towards developing it (eg. use in commerce), rather, sit on your lazy ass, wait for someone else to do the work and then sue them into nonexistence. I love the U.S. legal system :icon14:

i'm going to get the US patent on the concept of patenting vague ideas, not doing any work towards development of those vaque ideas and sitting on my lazy ass waiting for someone else to do the work so that i can sue them into nonexistence.

There are a ton of corporations (mine included) all over the place that rely on them as a business-critical communications tool for their executives and sales teams :icon27:. This ruling could really suck.prince1000 wrote:i hear what you're saying plained, i just don't care about blackberry's or the people that use them...

Umm....yeah :icon27:. They didn't become a multinational company just because a couple people liked using them for texting. Up until the release of MS Exchange's Mobile v5, Blackberries (when integrated into a server infrastructure) were the best enterprise-grade device on the market.ToxicBug wrote:Heh so even company execs "chat" with each other like teenagers. I never knew that so many people actually used a blackberry.

We just started kicking our disaster recovery program into high gear. After testing the "Goodlink Server" for Treo's and smartphones, we finally purchased the whole deal from Cingular. Our Goodlink server is starting to grow in popularity with all the Palm heads in our company.
Although we only have 75 users left on our Blackberry Enterprise server, we just dumped gobs of cash in new server harware and an upgrade to 4.0. to keep our diehard BB addicts happy
Alot of people are like me and would not like to use the Treo, but will if we have to...
