he sounds like he's thanking professional wrestlers for what they did to their bodies. It's sad and funny at the same time. You see, the man has an incredibly emotional connection to these gentlemen and what they've done and sacrficed to entertain legions of virgin fans like this man - a man who admits that its all 'still real to him.' Because he is so wrought with emotion at the mere sight of these modern-day superheroes, he bawls like a baby at the chance to pay his verbal homage to them.

After that quick analysis, I don't see how this is a goof joke.
