There are always plenty of worthwhile reasons for getting back up. That's how it is.
That's the truth. Sometimes you will have those days where you'll be like "I am going to be totally chipper and responsible and clean and wonderfull today." And you do, and on that day you feel better than any other in months, but then the next day you are back to the same old routine. Why do I do that?

Had one of those days just yesterday. I'm theorizing it's possibly very very slight manic depressive behaviour...
