The story was written today. And it's about the government being able to take your land and give it away to a shopping mall because it will make them more money.

I'd think you would be a little less dismissive of the subject, but I guess Geoff's an easy target for you and you don't have many of those.

erm, isn't this story rather not young? i seem to remember reading something about this a while back

The court decision is about 5 or 6 months old--maybe older, just guessing--but the local vote on invoking the act to claim some land from a justice who voted for it (Souter) is coming up in about a month.
