I tried the impromptu trance party command in the console but it didn't fix the problem. I think the "/seta_consume_ecstacy 100" command might have messed things up.

Highest temp on CPU when this happened was 44 C
I'm wondering if it has to do with the action getting too intense. When that would happen on Quake 3, I would usually get kicked to the main menu, like right when a rocket would be in my face.
Also, how to I turn on the FPS display?
