I find it kind of interesting how these tapes and videos happen to appear whenever Dubya starts to fall out of favour with the US citizens:

OH YEAH...THE CIA INFESTED ALJAZEERA SUDDENLY GETS A TAPE THAT EVERYONE BELIEVES IS AUTHENTIC BEFORE ANYONE EVEN VERIFIES IT....So obvious this is fake...
a defining attribute of a government is that it has a monopoly on the legitimate exercise of violence...
