Runday Sunday (pics)

January 15th was runday sunday at bradenton. I had nothing else going on so I was there all day (got the sunburnt face to prove it lol).
Here is the majority of pictures from my camera, until it ran out of batteries. It actually lasted longer than i thought, since i didn't charge it.

I have some videos too, but realized they were low rez the whole time. They still aren't too bad, I'll post those later. and then there are more pics/vids on my phone

no...they wouldn't stand a chance. There was one caddilac though, fairly new probably a 2k4 or so. I timed it with a sundial haha

no but really.....m5's don't quite have the torque for a 1/4 mile; at least, to hang remotly close with these cars. 90% or more of them ran between 7-9 seconds.

well of course it's not going to hang in a 1/4 mile against mostly cars that are only FOR the 1/4 mile.

the M5 is a fantastic piece of machinery though. nice pics man, thx for sharing.

Bradenton Motorsports (DeSoto Speedway) is south of tampa, and north of sarasota... here's a google maps thing

I live about 1.5 hours south of Bradenton in Ft Myers. Used to go to lan partys up there.

March 11-12 is the NMRA season opener, it is going to be huge...you should go :D

I havent been to a lan in a couple years. Used to take my kids with, but they are older now and don't want to go so I kinda fell out of it. I've been tempted to go to my old lan http://www.slagg.org but always seem to by busy. Actually have softball tournaments on both of those dates. Buts thanks for the invites.
