Put in an extra offensive remark towards a minority group in the description and wait for it to be deleted.

no; there is actually an *real* way to stop the auction... but i've never stopped one so i can't really tell you.
i only sell things i want to get rid of.

I've stopped one before so I know there is a way to do that, but as far as I can remember it was a bit tricky finding the exact spot. Keep hunting.

Yeah, thanks, I found out already. There's a special page where you have to put in the auction number and provide a reason why you're canceling.
