Meat Grinder

Post by Kills On Site »

Well with the butcher's ground meat being what it is and my love for rare meat I am in the market for a good meat grinder. I have had burgers made from home ground meat and they are definately better and much safer to cook rarer. Does anyone know a good electric meat grinder? I need something able to ground a good size chuck that can last a good while. The two I found on Amazon are VillaWare V5265-05 and VillaWare V5266 Elite Pro. The second has a more powerful engine, opinions anyone?

good question. Blood angel's had some experience with this due to his appetite for hooker flesh--do you still have his PM info?

My grandma used to have this huge old cast iron hand cranked meat grinder. Good times.
