A lot of you claim not to be fat, but you're definitely overweight if your body mass index (BMI) is over 25 :p

BMI (weight-to-height ratio) calculator

Btw, I'm about 5'11"/165 lbs. (BMI of 23) :)

I'd say that's borderline underweight, especially for a guy :p

When I weighed what it says for me to be BMI of 25 I was scrawny.

True, but women tend to go toward the lower end of the scale, while men tend to go toward the higher end. Also, people with lighter bones obviously go toward the lower end, and vice versa.

Last but not least, http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/medical.htm :p

Well, obviously BMI doesn't apply to everyone, but it works for the general population :p
Body Mass Index can be used to indicate if you are overweight or normal. But it can wrongly suggest fatness in people who are atheletic or muscular.

Mine is 25.8, and I've lost several pounds from not working out for the last 3 months. :icon8:

I agree w/ the flat stomach part, but I don't think it should be ridiculously taut, like say, Gwen Stefani or Pink. I think it should be flat and firm but with the soft, rounded look, not the six pack. Don't you want to feel like you're looking at a woman and not a dude?

Must be. :) Actually, I've never had a broken bone except for a finger or two. And there's been times I should have.

And yeah, I'm kinda dense too. :smirk:
