I'm looking at you eraser. My Cube has been a little neglected since i bought shadow of the colossus and path of neo for PS2.
any recommendations of something fairly new? (i have all the basics, Smash melee, mariokart, metriod primes, mario sunshine, monkeyballs, viewtiful joe)
Until Zelda is out we are on a loser with the cube :/
Where were you when the West was defeated?

Prince of Persia games are cool (did you mention those, I forgot already).
If you like Metal Gear games, then the Twin Snakes isn't bad.
Unfortunately, I got it for Christmas and I suck at Metal Gear games. I'm still in the second area and not only can I not avoid getting killed, I can't even figure out where I'm supposed to be going.
But it's been that way for me since the original Metal Gear, so that doesn't say anything about the game.
res4 is quite different than the other resis though. the principle is the same but its more of an action game than a horror game now. its run n gun all round

Seriously, two of the best games I have ever played.
Really? huh haven't heard much good about either till now, may have to give em a spin.
with Resi games i got sick of em after Nemesis, and even if it's mario i'm not much on sports games turtle shells or no.
and yeah i have the various POP's
I implore you to try them both out.
Also judging RE4 on the basis of the others is a bad idea. It's almost like a completely new game and you would be a fool to miss out on it.
Killer7 is the fucking bomb once you get through the first mission. I played it off and on before finally beating the first mission and at that point I was hooked for the entire weekend. I think Killer7 and RE4 are the two best games on the cube.
Personally I thought Resident Evil 4 was pretty boring compared to the original Resident Evil gamecube remake. It seems like they were just trying to slap in as many elements from Metal Gear Solid as they could (and it didn't even seem to have been done that well). I mean, come on, the video radio conversations? That was just horrible.

But maybe it's just me
While I mainly don't agree with your post, you do have a point with the radio conversations. Those were gay and didn't add a single thing to the game.
