Well, it will probably be just like what Grudge said.. he had to go down in salary but after awhile there will be a rasie.

Plus, i get some benefits, like better price on what they are selling and i start later in the morning.. i fucking hate early mornings.. but who dosent?

I did something somewhat comparable: traded in my 40hrs a week contract for a 24hrs a week one, and picked up a study.

Pros: lots of free time, feeling much less depressed than before (i really don't like my job), meeting new people again...

Cons: i find i have huge difficulties in changing my spending pattern so to speak. I also turn out to have picked the entirely wrong thing to study - jezus, it's been a while since i've been subjected to an organized form of continuous bullshit like this. I'm pretty close to giving up.

right now i wont like the missing 320, but a few months ago the missus stopped working fulltime (which meant a lot less money for the both of us) yet we can still spend as much as we want without getting into trouble \o/
