i have my ps2 upright at the moment actually because i had to make room for the dvr. still works fine :D

like i said, the only time the thing ever scratched a disk (wasnt the same machine btw, but a rev1) was when it was in its horizontal position. quite odd :p

The first PS2's were awful. Fanboy-ism aside for a second, they were just wrong. I mean so many of them had heating and laser problems. I got mine and tried playing GTA3 on it, and half the city refused to load :( I would be playing in a level of hall of mirrors lol. I took it back and thankfully, got a replacement. Still, it was the worst experience i had with a console launch and was enough.

yea, people complain about the 360, only 3% of those are fuxxd...as opposed to the first ps2 launch, which had 25% errored or broken consoles, enough to have a class action lawsuit which resulted in fixed ps2s completely free of charge...
Why not?

Jenny: lol, i'm not changing the whole harddrive directory structure for a mod. Do it proper like other mods please.
