My ipod just died.
My ipod just died.
I was listening to some Neil Young on my ipod when it suddenly stopped. I take out my headphones only to hear the ipod making a very loud and disturbing noise. Next thing I know the sad ipod icon is on the screen. Nothing I've done has worked so I guess I'm gonna have to send it in.

a defining attribute of a government is that it has a monopoly on the legitimate exercise of violence...

have you tried switching hold on and off, to afterwards press both the play and the ok (center) button at the same time for a rather long while?
I connected mine (an ipod video) to meh computer before installing it, it 'crashed' upon doing that - what I said above, as stated in the booklet, did what it supposed to do - make it work again.

1. I don't have a computer at my desk.
2. I don't have any way to hook up the iPod to any of the computers here
3. Even if I could hook it up, these fucking computers are so shit they don't even run WinXP therefore ITunes won't run on them.
4. See the shitty computer reason in #3 as to why the USB won't work properly even if I did have the cable.
Enough yet?

I've tried everything. The thing has completely crapped out. Sad ipod face = not good news.corsair wrote:have you tried switching hold on and off, to afterwards press both the play and the ok (center) button at the same time for a rather long while?
