Doomguy Size?

Anybody know what size the players are?

(mainly height, width would be important too)

Height?
Walking:
Running?:
Jump:
Rampjump: (how much higher or is it dependant on speed?)
Crouch:
Crouchsliding:
Why not?

HEY! I WANT A 3D DOOMGUY WITH HEADGEAR..I think doom 3 had no headgear and I wanna see some..or was there?
