I remember when I loaded up this webpage from my Verizon phone. Man did that novelty wear off quickly.

Having the internet on anything but a computer is kind of pointless, are you really going to be using it on your phone/psp? There is no way to properly navigate and the screen is far too small, most websites aren’t designed for such resolutions and probably look like crap. If you want to type something you need a proper keyboard.

It needs a USB keyboard - only not the shitty implementation of the idea like this pic:

I'd also like to see a USB unit that allows hte PSP to be used as a GPS navigation system.

Yeah I actually do use my psp to look at a few sites every once in a while when I'm away from the computer or something's wrong with it.

I once had a glass of milk.

It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.

I am now sick.

I'm sure someone will implement a web browser for the Nintendo DS, which would be excellent as the touch screen really removes the troubles of keyboard-addons and such. You could also simply just touch links to follow them.

Yeah but the screens way to small for it.

Internet surfing is one thing the PSP actually does good on. I made a few posts from home the other day on it just for a laugh, and it works. Slow as hell like, but it works.

Yeah, as if screen size between PSP and DS matters when visiting sites that are designed for 800x600 minimum

The PSP screen is HUGE yet it still makes it a total pain in the ass for browsing some sites with.

Jesus man relax, the DS rocks the PSP, i'm just saying that net browsing would be so much more nicer on a PSP.

Some guy did GPS, but it requires 1.5 or 2.0 firmware to run the homebrew code...
Why not?

Jenny: lol, i'm not changing the whole harddrive directory structure for a mod. Do it proper like other mods please.

with the psp you can format the pages to load within the screen size - works pretty well tbh

It's a games console. Just play some games on it.
That's like telling a video game modder to stop tinkering with video games and to just play them instead :icon26:
