Anything better than putfile for free hosting of video?

I've got a 7 meg video from F.E.A.R. of a headshot with the nailgun that I wanted folks who hadn't seen any FEAR in game footage with this gun before to take a look at...get a chance to see some of the cool physics, the slow mo, and the way the baddies guns spam in all directions as they die...

I had a thread all about this before - and I think it was putfile that was recommended..but putfile has not been working.

i've googled a bunch of free hosting places, but the transfer speeds have blown so far.
