Dunno man, just seemed like the other guys didn't know the course, as opposed to him being an outright better driver.
If it happened to be his home track and he was up against people who maybe ran round it ~20 times or less, that looks like the video to me.
Of course, I'm a TOXIXBUG DRIVING STRATEGY PRO so I know this for sure.

From what I saw he had a faster line and at other sections he was simply aggressive in the corners with alot of late - if any - braking.shaft wrote:yeah kind of makes you wonder when he passed that last guy like he was standing still.
I drive like that in NFS...cause I know I won't get killed. I wouldn't drive like that IRL....I'd shit my pants as I crammed into the outside wall under massive understeer.

I dunno, looked more like he was just braking really late and taking advantage of every gap in the field to get by. Once he isolated himself from the rest of the pack that was all good driving.Foo wrote:Dunno man, just seemed like the other guys didn't know the course, as opposed to him being an outright better driver.

Which is why I tend to avoid them altogether, especially in first gear. Plus, my steering damper is a piece of shit.inolen wrote:What a douche. Thats why power wheelies are bad.FragaGeddon wrote:Here's a video of NS: http://www.drunkencat.com/media/1131503998/BAD_WHEELIE

A colleague of mine showed me the video a couple of days ago. He's a Lotus Elise driver himself, takes the car to track days and such as well (I should say took though, as some idiot nearly totalled his car in a car accident).
He told me it's a track in Australia and that the driver is a lot better than the other drivers. He outbreaks the other drivers in pretty much every corner and dives into spots barely 2/3rds the size of the car.
