iPod videos

Got my Christmas present early yesterday. It's a 60gb iPod video. It's really nice and all, but I'd like to put movies on it from my HD. The annihilation DeFrag movie was one in particular that would be cool :icon25: . I checked sourceforge and I wasn't able to find a program that converts the filetypes. Can anyone point me to one? I really don't want to use some gimmick prog like the ones that pop up in google searches.
