I had to think of a catchy line that would attract the attention of forum animal lovers

. Have had an animal living in my house for like 4 years now of questionable genetic background--even the vets are stumped. The bitch is smarter than Wyle E Coyote, more focused than a jungle cat and nearly as fast as a greyhound (caught the business end of a full-stride antelope in the hills a year ago).
What are your thoughts on breed? I'm sure it's a mix, of what primary animals? I'm thinking the bone structure looks alot like a catahoula, with a rottweiler mix.

For sure she's part Rotty, but it does look sleeker in body build than most hulky Rotties...maybe she is part greyhound....

She runs 4 miles a day 5 days a week to maintain that hot figure. Wondermutt....

you can't really tell from the pic but there's no rugged strip down the back like a shepherd, otherwise, yeah...

don't shepherds have rather poor genetic material? i heard they're still pretty smart, but have all kinds of failures, like weak hips and stuff.

could be. we had a belgian shepherd mix like a thousand years ago who had the biggest trouble sitting down when he got older. so that would make sense

Can't really tell much of anything from the small pic though. Aside from the short, narrow nose it looks like a straight rotty. Don't have any pics showing her full body?
