Police have ended an armed siege at a house in Newport after discovering the man they wanted to question over a firearms allegation was not inside.
this was going on all day yesterday

turns out the person they were arresting was in the house opposite of the siege
it was like
"kk pack it up guys, no ones home"
"wait a minute, we got the wrong fucking house !"
