there is an invisible button to me on the left of the initial box and it installed it here:
C:\Program Files\Nexon\KartRider\M01
go get:
http://rapidshare.de/files/8640923/nmconew.dll.html file and put it in your WINDOWS directory
I got it running... now gotta figure out how to sign up
