how about a description instead of linking to an executable, Microsoft or not.

It "tweaks" cleartype by making the characters thicker, or more darker if you will. Personal preference but it does make em a bit more visible.

there are actually quite a few cute little tweaks like that for XP. i have one where you can resize pictures just by right-clicking the file :icon14:
