i went across the 360 bridge...its a big suspension bridge over the colorado river...about 1/4-1/2 mile long...completely frozen with no sand...i literally slid all the way across...dodging walls and other cars...scary shit...like a video game...

Yeah it's just cause you guys aren't prepared for that type of weather, if you were like we are then it wouldn't be sucha disaster everytime a couple flakes of snow hit the ground.

well i found out the state was suppose to put down sand but they were a no show since they don't have any funds cuz of iraq and katrina...so my mother inlaw who is a dipacther for the county actually called in most of the sand trucks about 8 hours late...

Wasn't much snow at all, it was freezing rain and sleet. Just sheets of ice. Snow is easy. Frozen patches that look like wet pavement are dangerous. I am willing to cut Geooff some slack, it's some nasty stuff.
