Experience Life without remote control for your TV

My RC TV don’t work anymore since yesterday. Back to the old days changing channels and lowering uppering the volume by hand but still digital though. You don’t zap as often.

I'll get an ''all for one'' tomorrow for like 15$ but it was just funny to see my GF not wanting to change the channel and all.
But I remember once, I was searching for the RC and there was a program I didn't want to miss, I never thought to open the TV straight from it and I missed like 5 mnts of it.

I will spend 20 minutes looking for the remote control before I will change the channel by hand.

It's kinda like seeing something the vacuum won't suck up, then picking it up to look at it, then putting it back on the floor and trying the vacuum again.

I can't explain it, but there you go.

Broken remote controls and copious amounts of poutine go well together.

Pete, have a look at Remote Central:

http://www.remotecentral.com/

for around $50 US, you can get a Kameleon, which is pretty nice and is able to macro well:

i suppose if you like multiple remotes that all look different and don't care about macros or light control, yeah i can see your point.

you really need to use one before writing it off. guaranteed you'd never go back.

I have like three or four remotes and it's starting to get annoying. I should get one of those uberunits.

I have a Kameleon. It sucks. Battery life was horrible. It made a buzzing sound. And just after the 30 day warranty ran out, it stopped working completly.

weird. my bud's got the 8 in 1 (not 6 in1) and i'm at his place a few times a month and use that remote. i don't know about battery life (he's not complained) but i can assure you it makes no sound.
