Can't find the name or recipe...
Ok I'm looking for a thai dish, rather the recipe to a thai dish that consists of something like this.
It's meat, either chicken or lamb or maybe even beef served in this thick sauce. The sauce is a little spicy but can be made not to be and looks kinda like a gravy but it's more of a golden color. There may be fish sauce in it and coconut milk and you serve it on a plate with rice. It's a wicked dish anyway but I don't know exactly what is in that sauce. Anyone ever hear of this or know the name of this dish? I'm pretty sure it's thai.

See that's the thing I don't know those terms so I'm unsure what the proper name for it is. All I know is that it tastes great! No seriously I'm pretty sure there's fish sauce in it and coconut milk and it's like a thick golden sauce that's spicy, I think I may have found what I was looking for though and I think it might be LIKE a satay sauce...StormShadow wrote:is it a satay sauce? Like a peanut sauce with coconut?
