Looking back I'd probably see what the fuss was about now, in a techinical sort of sense.
But as a child younger than 10 expecting to see a nice funny Disney film I thought it was totally fucking gay and got bored after 5 minutes when I realised the poncy crap wasn't in fact just the intro sequence.

jungle book has always been my favorite disney movie
lion king was the last good movie they made IMO, and even that one was bound to formula
