USC/Texas in the Rose

So it's the defending national champ against the defending Rose Bowl champ for this year's NC. Should be a great game, and unlike in the previous two years, whoever wins it will be the undisputed national champ this year. I hope Texas wins :icon30:

Also, I believe this is the first time in the history of the BCS that the top two ranked teams since pre-season remain 1-2 and unbeaten all season and will play for the NC.

Colorado's combined score in the last 2 games: 100-6. Yum.

Nebraska should have a fun year next year. USC and Texas are both in the regular season schedule.

USC should be a different team next year though, because Leinart will be gone for sure. It'll also be interesting to see if Bush enters the NFL draft. There are rumors going around that Carroll might be back in the NFL next year as well.

Nebraska will probably be much better next year, and they'll be at home against Texas, so it should be a good game

I think Texas will have a much tougher schedule next year, because I also expect the likes of Oklahoma and Texas A&M to rebound, and of course they get to play against Ohio State again.

Seriously, last year's (well, technically this year

) Rose Bowl was one of the best football games (collegiate or pro) I've ever seen :icon14:

bush is the power of that team. just give him the ball and he takes care of everything. leinart kind of sucked today and sometimes he only plays OK. leave it up to bush to make the break through plays i think.

Btw, as much as I'm pulling for Young, I think Bush will definitely win the Heisman this year. I can only hope that the Texas D will be able to stop him :icon32:
