think they'll give me a billion dollars to drop off a few truckloads of cinder blocks and some time-life DIY tapes in the middle of the cities then pull out the military? or is that too obvious a solution?

or a solution more agreeable to republicans. stop blowing shit up and ship over all the illegal mexican immigrants - after a few years/decades of bombing there should be plenty of construction and landscaping work :-x
