I think it's ridiculous for more than one reason. What do you think?

it's kinda like the express lane on highways...I think you missing the big picture which ultimately leads to paying even for the air you breathe

yeah, that's dumb.. we shouldn't be artifically undermining the integrity of the internet by setting QoS speed limits. I don't see what that accomplishes. If ISPs charged companies $x for full speed access to their clients, the clients are getting royally fucked.
