in a sink or shower there is a regular trap in there and the piss sits and rots up in that trap and the "roof' of that trap cant really be cleaned or submerged in bleach or nothing.

And water in a toilet hides the smell of things that are submerged, but not the smell of urine because it just stirs and mixes with the water. Sending tiny drops of piss all over your bathroom within a 3 foot radius.
If you piss in a toilet it gets all over the place, but if you piss in the shower, every bit of it goes right down the drain.
Not pissing in the shower is more of an OCD-like paranoia of germs, not based on any real sanitary concerns.

No, it has to do with the metabolic product. Methanol is digested into something poisonous (I forget what, an aldehyde, maybe?). Ethanol uses the same metabolic pathway, but the end products aren't quite so poisonous. So the ethanol competes with the methanol for use of the pathway. For the rest, you haven't posted anything to disprove any of the points I've made, so you may as well be talking about yourself there.
Your ultimate point is "Don't piss where you clean yourself." That's supposed to convince someone? It's closer to an old wives' tale than any sort of logical argument.
If your OCD prevents you from pissing into running water down a drain you're 3 feet away from, but lets you think pissing in a toilet is completely clean, that's fine. But don't act like you've got some kind of authority on the matter - so far it's just your opinion.
