Do you know of any pills that give u appetite ?

It’s serious men, I already used to eat only one meal a day since 1986 but it’s getting a bit scary now. I know, you’ll say I drink a few beers but still…I am never hungry, only sometimes in the middle of the night but when I wake up in the morning I am not any more. I drink my coffees with a couple of cigs that’s all. At night in bed I think I’ll make myself some eggs and bacon and all the stuff but when I wake up my hunger has gone.
Seriously, any remedies?

dont do pills. do less beer and smoke some weed :icon14:

Exercise. The best way to aid your digestion is to exercise and eat nutritious foods.

I know weed open your appetite but I haven't for 25 years and don't want to start it again, it get me depressive in the long run.

just wake up and go to bed earlier, get some exercise throughout the day, and lay off the beer.

I watched some stoopid ass tv show last night and some doctor there claimed that anybody experiencing side effects from smoking weed has got to be a total moron..

I don't know. My GF and I make super good meals, it's smell good food in the whole house but still it's like a part of my brain smell it but the other isn't hungry.

you're spending too much time doing nothing and drinking beer - it's simple. Find something to do outside for a few hours a day and don't dirnk that much. Have a beer or glass of wine with dinner.
It's actually very easy to see your problem and I don't know why you don't. You're always on this website and you're always drinking beer.
1. Sitting on your ass reading this website shouldn't make you hungry unless your fat ass. Get exercise instead.
2. Beer is filling you up with a lot of carbs you don't need.

Eat more frequently, but eat smaller meals each time. 5-6 small meals eaten throughout the day with snacks between them will keep the metabolism up and should keep your apetite up. Pills - no.

Exercise - yes.

He sure did exerciseis important. Also pete, smoking is a known appetite suppressor.
