Windows: Folder Sync'ing

What's a good (preferably free) way to synchronize folders in Windows? I want to have all my stuff backed up on my external hard drive and want to quickly and easily update it with the most recent version of certain folders (like mp3 folder, etc).

Buy a mac and use Backup or Retrospect. :p

I think you also need the .net framework installed for this to work also.
Oh yeah, and be running XP.

used have tapes full of crap backed up with retrospect

Also there's Second Copy & SyncBackSE.

Edit: SyncBackSE also does FTP uploads.

Yeah and it was the backup software used at one of my networks until 6 months ago when when BackupExec was rolled out. Retrospect is a truly shite backup suite :icon13:
