Works well for me. I've been using it since the first beta and have had few problems. The thing has crashed a few times on lowding some java applets, but those crashes have been ironed out in subsequent releases. However, if you're paranoid about security and stability, I figure its probably best to wait until the official 1.5.1 or 1.5.2 release.
1. You can change tab order
2. Fasting loading of pages in the cache
3. Much much better updating tool
4. New theme of menus
5. Redesigning control panel
That's about all I can think off the top of my head. Works nice though.

Those few points don't seem to warrant a whole new project with a whole new line of beta products
Isn't there some significant change under the hood that's whizzbangfashizzle cool?

There's isn't much that's needed to be improved upon anyway...browsers are a very mature technology. That said, the biggest improvement here is the update system. Now thankfully, you don't have to do a complete uninstall/reinstall when a new critical security fix comes out.
