IGN has posted videos of the business presentation given by Reggie Fils-Aime at Gamers Summit. It's very interesting, even if you're not interested in Nintendo. He doesn't just talk games but gives also a whole lot of business and statistical information.

Nintendo's Reggie Fils-Aime presentation
That was a good watch for anyone interested in the business/marketing side of the industry.
The guy really knows his stuff. Although the things he lists are the most easily predictable factors that have to do with a business strategy. It's far more difficult to prove, even with statistics, how well the public will react to any of it until all the wheels are turning.
However, I liked the point he made about the business outlook in the sense that it's important that they're focusing on not doing the same thing over and over just because it's something that works and instead wanting to be innovative and creating new markets by attracting new audiences as well as appealing to old ones which he refers to as "disruptive marketing".
I find this kind of stuff really interesting to the point where I start to second guess about whether or not I should change my major.
