I really don't know. I'm reserving judgement for now. I know that they have the story planned out through at least season 6, so I find that the Research Site thing may be a bit premature.
Also, what about Locke being able to walk? You still havn't explained why the plane crashed and why these specific people are on the island. It just all seems too orchestrated to me. And the DF Skinner thing is just too much of a coincidence.

not having seen the entire first season yet, i always assumed it was because of a traumatic experience that "cured" his inability to walk. (i still dont know what caused his condition in the first place though, all i know is that he got duped by his dad for a kidney).
then he got too close to the 2nd plane and he couldnt walk
anymore; that made me feel like the island was more of a presence or entity than anything else, and that there might be some sort of devine plan behind it all

Well Locke is the only person to have looked into the eye of the island.
They are dragging this show, it gets repetitve and it takes like 6 episodes to find out about something.. as long as the show is popular, we will see more seasons.
Actually spoilers for a TV show is a difficult one because some countries are ahead of others so they're not spoling it for them, only for the the others. You get me?
So fuck it, spoil away. Serves them right for coming into this thread the silly cunts.
