its incredably Card to open a door when the car is underwater, and if your bat has allready shorted, Then its a SLIM chance you are going to get your automatic windows down :)

the top foot of the car was above the water, i could see the tops of the windows... all he had to do is bend his neck back and BINGO, fresh air
