Coffee Roasts

I was wondering if roasts of coffee, medium, dark, light, affect the amount of caffine in the cup of coffee, assuming same grind and amount

no it wont, the roasting only changes the taste, lightly roasted means the beans havent spent a lot of time on the pan and have a lighter colour/taste but same amount of caffein
