Anyone watching football (American version) today...?

Post by tnf »

The Philadelphia-San Diego game was fantastic with a down to the wire ending from a return on a blocked field goal.

Then Seattle beats Dallas by scoring 10 points in the last 40 seconds to remain undefeated at home.

Great stuff...

fuck bledsoe. goddamnit, i knew that would happen when we went for the FG at the last minute instead of the TD. the Tuna always plays so conservatively in the last minutes of each game, and its come back to bite us in the ass twice now

fucking bledsoe

hey now, bledsoe has stepped up pretty good this year considering how old he is. I remember watching him in college soooo fucking long ago...

But Seattle needed that win badly. They needed to prove to themselves and everyone else that they could come up strong in the end, instead of blowing games. Seattle could be 6-1 right now very easily.

they didn't do much to adjust to the cowboy's defense.

And they made some good defensive stops when they had to...like keeping dallas to a field goal there at the end.

Did you see the end of the Jets-Broncos game? Now THAT was down to the wire. I swear the Mannings are going to have a monopoly on QB awards.

As far as my team, the Titans fucked up another one. It's worse because we do it to ourselves every time, either with penalties or stupid mistakes.

Yes, that would be the Giants-Broncos game.

Leave me alone I was drunk when I posted that, and in no mood to distinguish one NY team from the other. >:E

My Broncos, Cowboys, and Dolphins don't appear to be championship material again this year :icon8:, so I only follow college football now :smirk: At least my 'Horns seem to have a shot at the NC this year :D

they didn't play so bad.
they had more yards than the cowgirls.
4 more sacks
and a kicker who made two FG's over 50 yds.
80 yds on the first drive, before a crap int.
90 yds on the last TD drive.
both D's played great, yet the number one offence in the NFL came through in the clutch.
see ya in the the playoffs....if ya make it :p

Since my 'Horns won the college baseball world series again this year, I hope the Astros can come back so that the two world series titles can reside in the great state of Texas! :icon30:
