Some of the pics are blurry...is it supposed to be like that?

both hav ethe back end of the item in the picture blurry (?)

That's unavoidable, I assume, as the focus point is set to the front of the object, which means anything in front of or behind it will turn blurry.

Yes, its called depth of field and they're supposed to be like that.
