I see speakers infront of everybody's name.. and when i add them as buddy it lits up, can i talk to them?
Does the game have voip?

I think it might have been a removed feature. I don't see any commands related to it, but mssvoice is still there.

Yea I saw it mentioned somewhere - might have even been the manual - that voice chat was integrated into the game.
I'll have to look for it again.

It's good for clan games, but most people don't wear a headset when playing quake some wear headphones.

Shiznit, the game has been out for two days. How do you know people won't want to wear a headset? This isn't Quake 3.

I just assume most people don't have one, I'm not saying it's bad but on public games it's sort of useless. I don't even have the game yet
but I've been playing cs:s for a while now and the only thing you get in public games with voip in there is people swearing or yelling. This is why I automatically disable it.
For clan games it's good.

werd, I assumed everyone uses a headset cause I do, and how do you play clan matches without one? Anyway ventrillo will suffice for now.

Public games are gay with voice. Kids scream and shit into them. The only thing I've used it was for clan matches (through teamspeak and ventrillo).

You can mute/unmute any player you want on the server :icon26:
