Right now its about a plastic surgeon who is either a sociopathic rapist or being framed as one.

Typically each episode is about the life of a patient and the life of the surgeons and their families. I think it's a pretty cool show.

Yea, I started watching it with my gf and it's pretty good. Good episode tonight, although I didn't see much of it, only heard it in the background of Q4.
